Screen printing
This is the best quality way to print clothing. Your design will stay crisp and clear after many washes and will not fade. We think that’s critical.
We can screen print designs which have up to six colours on to light garments and five on to dark garments, although more usually designs are between one and three colours.
What we need from you
A good quality copy of your design is essential.
The better the quality the image you give to us the better print quality we can print for you.
A vector file is usually needed. An eps file, Ai file or vector PDF will be perfect.
If you require standard lettering we may be able to do this for you.
What you can expect from us
Within a few days we will email you a proof which will show the positioning of your design on the garments and the pantone colours for the print. We ask you to check the proof so that you can make sure you are happy with everything.

Approval
Once you have given us your approval we will then print your order.
Your Pantone references
If you have Pantone references for the colours within your design please let us know. We will make sure our inks are mixed to match these colours. The inks we use are completely Phalate free which is a little unusual and is one of the many ways we show that we are committed to a sustainable way of doing business.
Costs - screens
There is a “once only” cost with your first order of £25.00 plus VAT per screen. You will need a screen for each colour in your design. If your order is for printing onto light coloured garments e.g. white, natural then you will not need any further screens. However if we are printing onto dark coloured garments for you eg navy or black you will need an additional “flash” screen @ £25.00 plus VAT.

Low minimum order
There is a low minimum order of just 25 garments.
