This is a traditional cloth is made from organic cotton which is used to shape dough before it's baked. The canvas is unbleached and perfect to support your baguettes while "resting". The cloth makes sure that the dough does not dry out while also wicking away the moisture from the surface. This means the baguettes will have he crispy crust synonymous with he baguette. Add embroidery to brand it for your business.
